The integration will allow users to browse, compare, and purchase products directly through the Qwen app by interacting with AI agents instead of manually scrolling through product listings. The platform will reportedly gain access to the combined Taobao and Tmall catalog of more than 4 billion products, supported by a “skills library” capable of handling logistics and after-sales services.
