(EMTK) officially divested almost all of its ownership in PT. Abhimata Citra Abadi (ACA) by selling 99.99% of its shares to Yuslinda Nasution for Rp 10.009 billion, making ACA no longer a subsidiary of the company as part of a strategic step to optimize its investment structure. • PT.
